Customer/client interaction
If your business is customer facing, your apprentice will need to interact with them and since 1 in 6 of speakers in Wales are Welsh speaking, they are likely to come across them quite often.
Welsh speaking customers are very happy to have a Welsh speaking member of staff to speak to, and it is a great way to improve confidence.
Apprentices and other members of staff can show that they are Welsh speaking by wearing the Speak Welsh badge or displaying a Iaith Gwaith poster.
