Building Confidence
If your apprentice is developing confidence with their Welsh, it is important that they are given the opportunity to make the most of an important skill both for them and for the business.
Bilingual apprentices should be encouraged and supported to complete their apprenticeship with as much Welsh as is comfortable. Ideally this will be up to 50% of their framework.
There are many ways that you can support a bilingual apprentice and even if you are a Welsh medium organisation already, it is still helpful to find new way to support your apprentice.
