Assessments
During the Apprenticeship, the learner will be expected to complete many different types of assessment. These can include written and verbal pieces of work.
Assessment methods
Your apprentice may choose to complete different assessments in different languages especially if they are working on their confidence. For example, they may be more comfortable in the use of verbal Welsh rather than written Welsh and therefore they could complete assessments through professional discussion, verbal question and answer sessions, walk and talk assessments and so on.
On the other hand, if they are more confident in their written skills, they may want to complete written assignments.
Learning Outcome
The apprentice may find some learning outcomes easier in different languages. For example, they may find reflection tasks easier in their first language whereas they may opt to complete analysis or evaluation responses in the language that they are most confident in.
