How does it work?
A bilingual apprenticeship can mean that any part of their programme including their framework and their hands-on workplace experience can be done bilingually or through the medium of Welsh.
A bilingual apprentice can do as much or as little of their apprenticeship in Welsh as they choose. It is tailored to the learner and to the organisation.
